Nex-Gen access floor system is a dynamic floor system designed to provide a wider span of 4ft x 4ft (48” x 48”) for uninterrupted cable management. It is re-engineered and designed to be more robust, flexible and speed up installation. The revolutionary Nex-Gen access floor system boasts a redesigned structure, strategically engineered to offer an expanded cable management span during the construction phase, while simultaneously facilitating streamlined post-handover maintenance procedures for facility operators.

DESIGN FEATURES

The high-grade steel under structure offers superior strength and expanded bridging capability, with standard finished floor heights ranging from 11.81” – 78.74”. Pedestal layouts with as much as 48” on center offer greater utility aisles and cableways in the plenum. Uniform load ratings of the Nex-Gen system sub-structure of up to 2000 kgs/m2 (409.6 psf). Unique system flexibility offers future equipment expansion within the existing the floor design.

Tested and approved in accordance with, CISCA (USA) and EN-12825

(EU) & MOB-PF2 (UK). All floor components are factory pre-galvanized, and the entire system is fully earth connected. No expensive bridging required due to flexible pedestal placement, this ensures the lead times and unnecessary expenses are reduced.
